Behind the Scenes of my 8 Woman Mastermind Dinner, New York City

Tonight’s adventure is eight women leaders coming together round a table to ‘Mastermind’ their business challenges.

👉🏽 Each has already shared their challenge with the group 2 weeks ago, This way, everyone attending can be thoughtful about possible solutions for each. Some have even written down bullet points for each.

👉🏽 Each has a holistic profile of who is attending, their goals, their recent wins.

👉🏽 To me, these ‘adventures’ are an opportunity to forge a deeper relationship with a ‘select few’ versus versus traditional networking, where there’s a cursory exchange of, ‘who I am, what I do,’ never to hear from the other person again.

👉🏽The table is curated. It’s a table I would love to be invited to, knowing that the host has taken great care to ensure everyone complements one another.
