LadyDrinks Houston: Meet Hina Patel, Sr. Recruitment Consultant, Memorial Hermann Health System

Hina Patel just turned 50. And in this milestone year, she will tell you she feels more self-actualized now than she ever has.

After 26 years, she decided to end her marriage. As with any process, it was a big learning curve, but today she is happy to be living life on her own terms.

She enjoys networking, coaching, and mentoring others. One piece of counsel she would offer to any woman considering the same life decision: Know your finances! While divorce was a seminal moment in her life, she continued working. Hina has build a career in human resources and recruitment work. She recently traded the volatility of a career in the oil and gas sector for the stability of the health care industry, where she has been for the last 5 months.
